I needed a set of about 17 various acoustic panels for my home studio, some custom sizes. I am by no means a 'large order' type of customer. While I configured the panels online, I wanted to clarify some dimensions to be sure. I contacted Acoustimac customer service and they responded immediately and even redid my order on a direct quote to insure my order was good to go. All in all, the pricing and selection is very competitive and the service and delivery has been great - took about 2 weeks total from order to delivery of the panels. I have purchased other products from them in the past (mineral wool insulation panels for inside my studio walls) and service and delivery has been stellar - they package their shipments well as all of the shipments I have received over time have been damage free. Well worth building a buying relationship with these guys!
