“Exceptional service!!!! I needed to correct the quantity on an order that I had placed the night before on their website. I spoke to Eric Harris who listened and understood my issue. While I had him on the phone, I explained an issue that I was having with another item that I had purchased 3-4 weeks earlier. Eric suggested that I substitute the product for another one that they carry and that should solve my issue. Eric ended up processing an exchange for me and correcting the quantity on my recent order at the same time. I am very satisfied with the product that he suggested and with the level of service that I received from him that day. I would highly recommend AcoustiMAC for your home theater projects.”

“Getting the proofs of what I ordered was perfect. I had picked pictures from shutterstock and seeing them made me want to change my mind. So I changed them and when they arrived, they are vibrant and beautiful. Not pixelated at all, perfect representation of what I ordered. I love them! I got the 2x3 2inch panels. They were so helpful.”

“After deciding that my Home theater system wasn't sounding it's best in my living room, due to it's large open area and lots of flat walls, basically an echo chamber. I placed an order from Acoustimac for DMD 2'x4'x2" panels. This was during the Hurricane Ian plowing through Florida, and Acoustimac still managed to manufacture and ship out the panels to me in about 2 weeks time. I am amazed and thrilled that they were able to do that. The panels came undamaged and in good shape. I installed all 14 panels and I recalibrated my system to the new room environment...and WOW!!! It made a huge difference! It's like having a whole new sound system. Thank you Acoustimac. This was money well spent.”

“All from 2nd order of absorption and bass traps: Damaged corner (torn material and crushed corner) on a 24" square absorption panel (2) 24" square panels had sides which were not fully cut to size (raised portions about 1.5 inches long) Some fabric corner folds were very poorly done causing raised surfaces and uncovered edges of corners”

“My Soundlock window panel arrived by the projected date for a custom piece and made to the exact measurements. The fit was perfect and looks great. Most importantly the the sound transmission through the window was noticeably reduced and solved the problem.”

“We have purchased over 30 of these panels for our coworking space and they work great! Drastically reduces echo in each office space we have. You can hear the difference as soon as you put the panels in the room. These are high quality and look great. Highly recommend!”

“I've used Acoustimac panels for two projects at our church. They deliver a quality product for a great price! I have priced out similar options and Acoustimac has some of the best pricing around. I tried their panels on a small project for our video recording/production room and the panels worked great, so we also installed 74 panels in our church sanctuary. We were always fighting with too many reflections in our sanctuary, and it got worse after we removed pews and replaced them with chairs. After installing the panels the room is so much cleaner. The reverberation of the room is so much shorter, and more pleasing to the ears. People can finally hear the sound of our PA speakers directly, without the room washing everything out. IU also have to say that even with such of big order the product was produced and shipped quickly.”
