“The DIY kits are great. I also have some pre-made traps and they are very nicely done. When installed properly the panels work as advertised. Quality work by a company who gets it.”

“Very happy with the customer service, the product and the follow up. Two of my panels were damaged in shipping. Acoustimac replaced them right away with no hassle! They dealt with the shipper. My replacements arrived today ahead of schedule. My project will be completed shortly. Recommend Acoustimatic strongly!”

“Really disappointed on how our purchase went. Panels are great. Delivery and customer service not great. Unanswered questions, no return calls, bills from FedEx because of delivery with no explanation, 2 week delivery delay, and had to pay FedEx because AcoustiMac discrepancy. Really disappointed the way things were handled.”

Good Afternoon, There was no discrepancy with us. FedEx sent you a bill for a delayed offloading fee. We spoke to our rep at FedEx and she said that was taken care of, you did not need to pay them. Also, the shipping time is out of our control. Delays in transit happen occasionally, it's unfortunate but does happen. I'm happy to hear you're satisfied with your product but I think the two-star review is unwarranted. We take pride in our customer service as you can tell by our hundreds of 5-star reviews. “Absolutely loved this fabric. It was very easy to work with. Not over stretchy where it would distort. Kept it's shape well and cut clean and didnt fray. Used this with a fabric track system I installed in my home theater”

“Received my panels yesterday and installed them today. Have you ever heard the phrase, I wish I had done it sooner? The room this is installed in is small and one speaker is in a corner against the wall. Hardly ideal. Behind the towers I placed 4x4x60 inch bass traps. Immediately the soundstage improved, a lot. Then I installed the wall panels which are 4x2x2 to handle first reflections. Like sonic magic the high frequencies reappeared. I’ve never heard my system sound so good. My towers are R700’s driven by 500 watts per channel so the bass traps are actually used for general absorption. The only way to tame the bass and other issues is by tuning the room with Dirac live but I’ve used it long before having these panels and I can tell you the difference is dramatic. I’m truly impressed and I am hearing things I’ve not heard before in my music and movies, well it’s a day and night difference, to me anyway. YMMV. On a side note I quickly installed the wall panels with sticky Velcro tapes and they look fantastic. These are good enough for wife approval. Quality products.”

“The panels themselves were great! Perfect for my small office where I do online streaming and broadcasts. There were two little things that could have taken the DIT panels over-the-top, in terms of the overall experience: written assembly instructions for the acoustic fabric on the DIY panels, and - with that - a note on how thin the wood backing is. Because I didn't know how to evenly apply the acoustic fabric without wrinkles, I had to redo the first one, and - not knowing how thin the backing wood was - put a small crack in it during the process of removing staples. Other than that, they're great panels, and I will be buying more.”

“Working on a client's theatre; needing acoustical panels. Found Acoustimac by Google search and decided to check them out. Great website! Bottom line: My salesperson, James, was knowledgeable and accommodating. The order was delivered as quoted, and the panels were made beautifully! My client was happy with the price/construction as well.”

“I had a good experience. Web site is well run and has lots of options. I had a question about a product (or the use of a product) and decided to call.
