“Easy to use website for configuring custom size panels and the prices were good. Shipping packaging was good and a whole skid of panels showed up in great condition. Will definitely be shopping here again.”

“Awesome company. Great service overall and their products show that. I ordered panels for my drum studio and they are really beautiful, pluse no comparison with other panels. I may be looking at a cloud panel in the future and Acoustimac will be my go to company. Thanks guys for a great product.”

“They sent the wrong size panel and my order form clearly showed it wasn't the size I ordered. But when I called and reported it they were very courteous and immediately sent out a new panel of the correct size.”

“OK! I used the MLV to almost sound proof my chicken coop. I have 1 bantam rooster. I live in the Berkeley hills overlooking the San Francisco Bay. My new techie neighbors did not like the am chorus. As he and his hen needed some air it is not quite sound proof. When I am inside I hear very little from the outside. Yes this is the Cadillac of chicken coops for 2 tiny bantams. When you are almost 80 you get to do what you want! I hope this saves my fellow,and my neighbors. Thanks for this amazing product. Mlv ,rockwool and 2 layers of plywood.”

“Delivery is only to the curb. Had a palette delivered and paid $500 for delivery and my studio is on a second floor with a freight elevator and they could not put it on the elevator. I love this company and would always give a 5 on their product but after having ordered before and then being stuck with a 300lb palette curbside downtown with mo attempt to fix it or make it better definitely makes this experience a 3 tops and I question whether I’ll return. When I gave the suite number I was never asked if this was a ground floor”

Hi Mike, Unfortunately, once the materials leave our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the carrier. There are options for inside delivery but those charges are outrageously expensive. However, if that is what you need, we can arrange that prior to shipping the materials. Typically, all carriers will drop the pallet at your place of business or home and you are responsible for bringing the panels inside. We appreciate your business and I'm happy to help you in any way possible in the future. -Eric

“Roxul 8 inches of mineral wool supplied for a large custom sound box build (self-designed), worked great at reducing compressor noise from a ground source geothermal furnace positioned underneath our bedroom. Cut the compressor noise by about 90-95% in a variety of frequency ranges, so we could sleep peacefully again. The lowest 122-123 frequency was the least absorbed with the 8 inches of mineral wool and half inch plywood facing but that was expected. All other frequencies were completely or nearly completely absorbed by the materials. Frequency ranges (different compressor & fan speeds): 122 123 780 1190 2611 3575 4223 James was most helpful offering feedback on the design and advice on the best materials to use for construction. Getting 4 inch Roxul mineral wool batts from a local supplier near us, in small quantities proved impossible. Aucustimac had an available supply when no one else did. They shipped quickly and the materials arrived in good condition.”

“We had artwork printed on a 4x6’ panel, it is beautiful and made significant improvement in sound. We had one panel arrive damaged and they replaced it no questions asked. Highly recommend”
