Delivery is only to the curb. Had a palette delivered and paid $500 for delivery and my studio is on a second floor with a freight elevator and they could not put it on the elevator.
I love this company and would always give a 5 on their product but after having ordered before and then being stuck with a 300lb palette curbside downtown with mo attempt to fix it or make it better definitely makes this experience a 3 tops and I question whether I’ll return.
When I gave the suite number I was never asked if this was a ground floor
