“We've ordered 7 photo panels from Acousitmac and they've all turned out beautifully. They really help deaden the echo in our "high ceilinged" office. The photo quality translated very well to a large size and we're very pleased!”

“Excellent experience from ordering to receiving our sound panels. Our questions were answered promptly, we needed some additional hardware for installation and it was sent to us right away. James our sales rep was very helpful as we worked through purchasing a large quantity of panels for an event center. We love the results.”

“I have no issues with customer service, my complaints are two fold: I'm local and I feel spending the money to ship is a waste when I could just pick up an order at the factory. If I'm already spending near $1000 dollars that extra 125 for shipping locally hurts. My second complaint is the build quality of the DIY panels. They are thin and flimsy, using some of the worst plywood I have ever seen. And they are assembled in a shoddy manner. I made them work by adding 1x3 to the back at the top and bottom. The fabric they come with are cut straight on one side and are off on the other by a lot. I ordered 15 panels and every piece of fabric was like this. I was able to make them work but at added time and expense. I'm happy with the results after I did the extra work but I think the DIY Panel kits could be made better without a lot of added expense”

“I give your company a 5 star rating so far. I am very pleased. Our panels have to be covered with material yet and consequently aren't hung on the walls but we are hoping they will work. Our Inverness Woman's Club meeting house is extremely noisy and with so many hard of hearing we are praying that this will work.”
