“Nothing fancy to say. The chairs are strong, the booths look good, and the black vinyl is practical. Delivery was easy and customer service was responsive.”

“Four stars because of the freight timing. The furniture itself was excellent. My only complaint was that the delivery window changed and I had to move a few things around. Support was helpful once I called, and everything arrived safely. The sales team was good about answering my questions before I placed the order, and the shipment showed up when expected after we called. The five chairs were well packed and came out of the boxes looking clean.”

“Commercial grade quality across our entire order, no wobbly parts and no issues after a few weeks of using the products we bought extensively, especially during weekend and busy nights. Sales spent time checking our wall measurements with us before the order was finalized. Handling moved quickly afterward and delivery (courier agent) arrived early enough for us to complete installation before a busy weekend. Awesome service from first call to delivery. 5 stars from us!!!”

“Gunmetal was a good choice, I almost switched to black vinyl. Glad I didn't. Gunmetal still looks practical, but it gives that wall a little contrast. Booths feel solid and customers use them constantly. I found most of the details on the website first, then called to verify quantities. Sales answered without making a small table-top question into a huge conversation and delivery was fast.”

“Website first, spreadsheet second, sales call third. That was my process. I used the website to compare booth dimensions, chair construction, and bar-stool details. Then I built a spreadsheet showing where every piece would go. Sales reviewed the list with me and caught one place where I had written the chair count incorrectly. After that correction, the order moved without much delay. Delivery information came through regularly, and everything that arrived matched the final sheet. For a purchase with 137 seating pieces, that level of organization mattered.”

“We bought thirty-five booths which sounds like a lot and to be honest it was a lot. Seeing the number on an invoice is one thing. Seeing all of them waiting to go against the wall is another. Natural wood platforms looked consistent across the order, and the 60-inch length gave us much better use of the space than the loose tables and chairs we had there before. Guests now have a proper booth section, and servers have a cleaner aisle. Service stayed organized while we worked through the dimensions, and shipping moved faster than we expected for this quantity. The liftgate also kept receiving from becoming much harder than it already was.”

“Product side was excellent to be honest. Finish looked consistent, edges arrived clean and all of the tops matched what we'd selected on the site. Freight was supposed to reach us earlier but the truck came later in the afternoon. That meant our installer had less time than planned. Customer support did check on the shipment when I called and gave us a realistic update which helped. I would purchase these again. Better delivery timing would have made it five stars.”

“Our table tops were still in good condition. Movement underneath was the real issue, so replacing complete tables would have been unnecessary. Jeff listened to what we were trying to fix and kept the recommendation focused on new bolt-down bases. No pressure to buy tops, chairs, or anything else. Order processing started soon after approval, and the shipment reached us faster than we had allowed for in our schedule. Existing tops went back into service on the new bases, and the tables now feel completely different. Good advice and a much more sensible purchase than replacing everything.”

“Customers can now choose between the bar, booths, and regular tables, but the whole room still feels connected. Our sales agent also helped coordinate the booths and chairs, while delivery went more smoothly than I expected for an order this large. Gunmetal vinyl keeps the booths neutral, while the wine seats bring some personality to the dining area. Helpful ordering advice and clear freight communication made the project much easier.”

“I sit at the bar after closing more than I'd like to admit, so I tested the bar stools myself properly so to speak. The padded backs make a real real difference. Walnut finish looks good but comfort is what sold me after using them for a while. All of the stools arrived without a scratch and all are consistent. Good quality. Would buy again.”

“At first I was mostly looking at the walnut tops. Now I appreciate the whole table. Dark grey legs don't show much wear, the walnut surface has been easy to clean, and they feel sturdy when customers lean on them. We've already had a couple of very busy services and nothing feels loose. Sales was good about answering our questions before ordering, and the furniture arrived faster than expected.”

“Good service without too much contact. I don't need constant calls after placing an order.I need someone available when I have a question. That's what we got. Sales was helpful before purchase, support answered when we needed shipping information, and otherwise the order just kept moving. Perfect balance for me.”
