“Muy mal, he recibido el pendiente con el cierre defectuso, no cierra. Envié un vídeo y la incidencia. Me han respondido para hacer un cambio en el que yo tengo que hacerme cargo de los gastos de envío. Un pendiente que no ha sido comprobado, que yo quiero cambiar por uno igual pero que funcione he de asumir nuevamente los gastos de envío? Sinceramente nunca me ha pasado. Y la atención post venta fatal, aún estoy esperando respuesta cuándo dije que no veía normal este procedimiento, y que quería hacer una reclamación. Si envían un material defectuoso no es mi culpa, no hay telefono para poder hablar con nadie y los mails hace dos días que no responden. En fin, mala experiencia para mi primera compra.”
