“I have received a faulty idem, my delivery arrived late, and I am still wasting my time contacting the customer centre to return my idtm since I think its ridiculous that I have to pay for the return shipping. It's not my fault I got a broken item. I was told it would be free for exchange, but when I got to the end of it, it says I need to pay—still no reply from the customer centre. Honestly, very bad experience and I will not be purchasing again. There are better sites with better quality products and a better customer service experience.”

“Jewelry of Poor quality. A pair of earrings that don’t close well. The customer service asking me to fixe the matter. For this price it’s not normal at all.”
“I have ordered 4 earrings, 1 earring was poor quality. I let them know and their reaction is I should bend the earring to try to make it close. It does not work, each time I bent it I have the feeling it will break. Now they ask me a video but the earring is too small to film, the video is cloudy you can't see. So I need special video equipment that zoomes professionaly to prove them this one earring is faulthy! So only 2 start for their after service. Too bad...”
