I have received a faulty idem, my delivery arrived late, and I am still wasting my time contacting the customer centre to return my idtm since I think its ridiculous that I have to pay for the return shipping. It's not my fault I got a broken item. I was told it would be free for exchange, but when I got to the end of it, it says I need to pay—still no reply from the customer centre. Honestly, very bad experience and I will not be purchasing again. There are better sites with better quality products and a better customer service experience.
