“The order was held up by a supplier sending them the wrong item.ArdMoor advises that orders can take 5 days in their premises before despatch. It took over a week to get my 3 items and I complained. A small refund was made, to be fair but that wasn't the point. I placed an order for deehunter stuff with a competitor at the same time as ArdMoor. It was delivered next day. The articles from ArdMoor were as expected so no criticisms.”

Our delivery timeframes do not include weekends and therefore we dispatched the order within the 5 working day timeframe. Unfortunately, the whole order was held up with an incorrect item being sent from our supplier which we rectified as soon as possible. “Treated my boyfriend to a cartridge bag and was able to have this personalised for free. When I messaged to check delivery time for Christmas, I got a reply straight away confirming delivery. It arrived in perfect condition and he loved it.”

“I placed an order never used Ardmoor before after reading reviews I thought I’d give it ago. Item I ordered came as they said, unfortunately they were the wrong size then after phoning to explain this I was then told they did not have the size I ordered in stock. It was a Christmas present for my father so very disappointed in the service to order one size and receive another. I was given a free returns label which was good, but will not be ordering from here again”

Unfortunately, the incorrect size was picked by the warehouse team for you order, this is an unusual situation which happened at a very busy time of year when there are a huge number of orders being processed. “I have bought a lot of gear off you over the years. Earlier in December I ordered some iso sport EarPods for shooting with the usual 3-5 days shipping message. 2 weeks later I chased to be told a day later that they were out of stock and after a further chase they can just before Christmas. When you did respond you were helpful and informative and, having run an online business before I totally understand that sometimes you are at the mercy of your suppliers. However had you contacted me as soon as I placed the order and informed me of the stock issue it would have managed my expectations rather than this only coming to light when frustratingly chased you. Look it’s not the end of the world but consistent communication good news or bad is better than no communication”

I can see the order was delivered prior to Christmas, however these should also have been communication from ourselves as soon as the timeframe of delivery extended.
