“Walking Shoes from Hoggs of Fife are excellent. Communication about delivery not perfect but got to me within a few days, even though not sure exactly whjen they would arrive.”

“Duly collected. The boots are a Christmas present, so I have not tried them on yet ! But ordering and collecting process worked well. The warehouse collection point was a bit of a shambles ! Hope that helps”

“The ordering and delivery of my item was great, the quality of the item good however the sizing runs very small meaning unfortunately the trousers did not fit and I now have to return them. This is particularly inconvenient at this time of year, so proper sizing measurements on the actual waistband would be helpful as uk sizes vary significantly between retailers.”

Hi Bryony Many thanks for taking the time ot leave us some feedback on the Baleno Trousers. The sizes for this brand are in the European Sizing system and we have allocated UK sizes according to measurements. We have a size guide to the right of the size selector which does give waist measurements. We apprecaite it can be frustrating to return a new item, we have a returns portal available to acivate a return for your item which is easy to use and will provide a return label at a small charge to get your item back to us. “Quality of goods ordered is its usual good, however one item ordered was not available but on website, was not informed of package dispatch so it arrived when I was out. I made a mistake in my order and had to return one item for replacement, this went very rapidly and I received the replacement at the time I was told it would arrive”
