“Services are fantastic and prompt”

“Great choice of items. I was looking for ladies warm and waterproof dungarees and a coat. I chose Hoggs of Fife. The order came quickly and was packed well. Sadly, the dungarees were massive and not really what I had in mind and the jacket was too small. I sent them back using their returns service, which was quick and easy to use. I probably wouldn't order again though as their returns service is not free. These small things make a difference in an already flooded market and as such I've only given 4 stars, I would have given 5 if the returns were free.”

“My order came in good time, but the pants were too small, the size was to fit a 34" waist but the ones delivered were more like a 31" or 32", so I have sent them back and re-ordered a larger size. Regards Steve Scott”

“I purchased a pair of moleskin jeans which despite being labelled correctly were unfortunately not the size they should've been because the wrong label was attached to the product I'd received. By following the returns procedure a refund was issued the following day and confirmed by email so I'm happy that when things don't always go to plan the company responded positively very quickly.”

“Had an issue with a pair of ladies trousers, the button hole was tatty and not finished properly. A refund and a return label was done very quick and efficiently. Would use again as the problem was sorted very quick which is important if a problem is encountered.”

“Purchased brogues & service was prompt, efficient and keenly priced. My only observation is that the goods could have been damaged as the shoebox was smashed on arrival and only held together within the grey polythene bag/cover.”

“I would give 5 stars for product choice, order turnaround and customer service because all were excellent when I ordered my Didrikson parka online recently - but although the system accepted my order, it wasn't actually in stock. After a few days, I inquired about not receiving a shipping confirmation and the system error was then discovered. I was offered two alternatives at no additional cost (both were great choices) and my chosen parka was despatched the same day. Communication from the Customer Service team was excellent - thank you all for your responsiveness and the care taken to put things right. I'm really happy with my parka.”
