“package of wellingtons arrived in good time and all in order. What I would say is in these times of companies moving forward with a reduction in plastic usage is Ardmoor used a huge amount of unrecyclable plastic to cover their package. I do realise its important to protect the box, however I cannot see it's necessary to cover it in several layers of tough unrecyclable plastic to the degree Ardmoor did. What is Ardmoor's position and stance on plastic usage in the company? And what evidence can you give to reassure your customers you're serious about your position? Regards AF”

“Helpful staff and good quality product well packed and promptly delivered at reasonable prices. Sadly, one item colours did not match website image and was returned. Otherwise a score of 5 would be givem”

“Ardmoor service from order to delivery was excellent. Just a pity the garment was ridiculously small. Even as I removed it from its packaging I knew it wouldn’t fit!! I’m a size 12/14, more a 12. The first smock I ordered was a size M12-14. I struggled into it and then had to get someone to help me get it off! It was returned and I’ve now ordered the next size. I will see how it fits. I really want one but would like it to be a functional garment and not a tight fitting fashion statement!”

“I ordered the wrong size trousers so went on line, got a QR code to give to the post office staff , sent them back and within a few days they were back in the right size, perfect. Well done to All”

“Excellent service as always. Trousers fitted great and arrived on time. My only gripe would be the amount of packaging used. The trousers were neatly packed in their own box around 4" square and 10" long but the box they arrived in was 4x the size and packed with brown paper.”

“No problem with the order process and both fit and quality very good only problem was with the post office delivery which should have been 24hours but ended up being nearly four days surprised any companies still use the post office delivery service it's appalling”

“I ordered a winter field coat which arrived within 2 weeks. I am extremely pleased with the product and also the service. Specifically, there was good communication to set expectations about the status of the order throughout. Will certainly come back to ArdMoor in the future.”

“I have bought a few items from Ardmoor and would highly rate their stock. Good and well known trusted brands. The only downside is speed of delivery. It just seems to take ages especially when they are based only a few miles from my home”

“I got it wrong and ArdMoor fixed it without any questions; they just listen, understood and did what was required, by me, immediately. Plenty could learn from ArdMoor. I write this review knowing that one person's meat is another's poison nevertheless, I am so please I write what my experience was and I have no doubt I will get the same experience if I get it wrong again.”
