“I have decided to award 4 stars, it was a close decision not to award 3, let me explain, selection from website, very good, ordering, very good, payment, very good, however like many small businesses they are unable hold ALL items listed on website in stock, they then have to rely on the supply chain and if one part should come up short/fail the order can be delayed in being dispatched to us the customer, this happened to my last order, one part of my order was available, unforunetly the 2nd item was delayed. I wish to make it clear that is was no fault of Ardmoor & to also I received the 2nd item the day before I went on holiday, it all worked out in the end but did not give me a lot of time to get the footwear "settled/broken in" before my walking hols.”

“Ardmoor had the range of binoculars I was interested in, complete with bag and straps. Their price bettered others, so I ordered. The binoculars were well packed and arrived with no issues. Unfortunately, they were out of stock initially so it took 5 days for them to be sent, but then arrived within 24 hours bettering their 48 hour promice. The straps were not easy to attach - It would have been better if they were already attached, or the guide (provided by the manufacturer) was more explicit.”

“The very top quality clothing, made to last and very well styled. Exactly what I wanted. Delivery not quite as fast as Amazon but still very good and impeccably packed. thanks to all at Ardmoor”

“I like to shop at ArdMoor. I like the quality and robust nature of the materials used. I like the service I receive from ArdMoor. Once my order is left with Royal Mail Edinburgh I know I will receive it the following morning. My only frustration is the discrepancy in sizing from the same maker/supplier. My most recent purchases were for three pairs of trousers of the same sizing. One pair feels tailored. One pair is clip and the other pair is tight. Only one pair has the stretch waistband and the other two only bear the stretch labels. Will I continue to buy from ArdMoor? Yes of course I will.”

“Great selection of quality items, very efficient & polite customer service but the time from placing an online order to delivery seemed overly long (8 days) and certainly not comparable to other online specialists. Only an observation and certainly not a complaint but since there is a lot of competion these days, there has to be comparible efficiency so I can only give 4 stars this time.”

“The service was very good. Quality product and swift despatch. Calling it a fleece is a little inaccurate. But it is warm and a good working top. Size as a XL is a little tight, it is more like a large.”
