“I have received a pair of Indy orthotic sandals from you which say they are size 8/39, but are considerably smaller than the size 8/39 which I have been wearing for 3 years. Also I have just received a pair of closed fabric shoes (Sunrise Leisure wear) which are size 8/39 and they match my old sandals in size. Have the new sandals been sized in error? I can send you a photo of the three pairs side-by-side if you wish.”
