“The things are very comfortable, in fact the best. The sliders starfish are too narrow, disappointing I can't slip on”

“Pleased with the shoes (the Starfish Classic 3.3 Arch Support Thongs), good support. My wife used my link to buy some shoes and thongs too, but I have not received the promised commission. I did enquire by email how this would be paid but received no response, so not good customer service.”

“Onto my second pair or Starfish supportive thongs after being very happy with the first pair - Most comfortable thongs i've ever owned. Unfortunately my second pair shrunk significantly after being left in the sun - Perhaps my fault for leaving them out there but also I would think thongs designed for Australia would perform a bit better in typical Aussie conditions...”

“Super. Comfy. Shipping took a while but not a fault of Aussie soles unless they are using a slower courier Love wearing my new jandals they do get a little sweaty in this humid weather. I would definitely purchase a second pair”

“I've found the original shoes of the same style were better which led me to order the shoes again; because the lip at the back of the sole is not as high on the new pairs, they slip off of my feet as I'm walking along. I wish you'd made them higher at this point and I'd be giving a 5...”

“I have brought 8 pairs from Aussie Soles over the years and I have always been more than happy. I purchased 2 pairs in Dec - although I ordered the same size as always, 1 pair was considerably smaller than the previous ones I have ordered. Also smaller than the second pair that arrived at the same time. I did not realise this for a while andI am still wearing them, hoping they will stretch. I normally would have followed up on this but being such a busy time of year time got away on me. I would have given a 5 star rating going by your history but I did find this disappointing”

“Awesome thongs. They are nearly as supportive as sneakers and I couldn't possible ever go back to ordinary thongs again- they would feel like planks of wood. Only downside is I've broken a few over the years when they've gotten wet and I've slid forward and snapped the thong part.”

“Love Starfish Indy and have several pairs. The last purchase was slightly smaller than my other Size 41’s and rubbed the top of my foot. Aussie Soles refunded the money quickly, but it must have been a problem with the shoe mould as it was the same with another pair purchased from another retailer. Also, shops in Maroochydore area, do not re-stock so it’s difficult to buy my size. Is there a retail outlet that I could go to & try the sandal on?”

“I love my slides but had to return the thongs as they were too big but haven't received the replacement ones yet. The initial communication was very prompt so I'm surprised not to have heard about the replacement thongs in the 3 plus weeks since I sent them back.”

“Starfish Fashion Strap Arch Support - are excellent. I ordered 2 different styles in my first order, the above size and model fit perfectly but the other style did not, I think that it was labelled with the wrong size. I didn't return as I had already cut the tag off. However the Starfish Fashion Strap are really good, hence I ordered 2 more.”
