“I ordered a Dometic toilet over phone in which the item no was incorrectly taken, hence wrong item, your staff handled the problem very quickly and refunded our money without question, staff always courteous and helpful”

“The guys at Award RV are an excellent source of knowledge and have helped us to get setup with our new motorhome. They did a full lithium and solar power upgrade, including a number of other modifications that we needed. “I would give a more positive review if I had received my item I ordered last Tuesday. According to Australia post, I should receive my express post item next week sometime. That's 7 days for delivery from Melbourne to Adelaide.”
