“customer service from the store when packing the goods identified that the order freight calculator was incorrect and rearranged that i would go from click and collect and a 9 hour drive freighted.”

“I had purchased a ceiling fan from a caravan show that Award RV Superstore were selling at. I got the fan home and assembled it only to find that it made a loud grinding noise when running. I called Award RV Superstore and in less that 1 week a replacement arrived to my home in country Victoria. The whole warranty claim process was so easy. Awesome customer service!!”
