“We have a European caravan and often can only find parts in NSW or Queensland. So we were delighted when we found a Melbourne shop that carries a range of Al-Ko parts. We ordered online. The response for click & collect was for pick-up the next day. We weren't able to get there that day and RV Superstore were happy to hang on to the parts until late the following week. Very pleasant staff, easy online ordering, huge range instore. Luckily my partner wasn't with me when I did the pick-up otherwise we would have been there for hours and spent a whole lot more. She plans a day trip there soon :)”

“We ordered our accessory for our son who just purchased his first Caravan and is a bit of a novus. As he and his Family were going camping in five days with little experience, my husband and l decided to buy them a very important accesory which arrived within four days, just before they left on their maiden voyage. Thankyou R.V Superstore, great service...”

“Living out of town we do not get delivery. So it is pleasing to get a notification that the parcel has arrived and we can pick it up days before we get a notification card in our box Similarly if sent courier they don’t delivery over 10 klms and worse they don’t notify you Thanks part arrived and fitted hours before we left for a trip”
