“Great service. The jack we bought was not in stock but we got a call asking if we wanted a refund or to wait for it to come in. We waited and it is due tomorrow. Great customer service. Will recommend everytime”

“Click and Collect useless... waited 4 hours no notification went in to store they hadn't even looked at the order. Told me to browse while they got it.. my answer "THAT IS WHY I DID CLICK AND COLLECT AS I HAVE CHILDREN IN THE CAR".... NEVER AGAIN....”

“Ordered a 6 cup holder and 4 cup holder. Only the 6 cup holder arrived. Had to call Award RV to ask where the 4 cup holder was as there was no explanation. They said that the 4 cup holder was sent separately? Still waiting for the 4 cup holder!”
