Let me help lower the risk of something going wrong during your Bali holiday. After years of passing on insider tips to family and friends, I'm sharing my local knowledge about money, transport, attractions and day tours.

Transfers from Bali Airport to your hotel or villa are easy if you book ahead. Remove the stress from arriving at Bali Airport and book a private car and driver to personally meet you and get you to your accommodations quickly and easily. Be met on arrival by one of my personally vetted, English-speaking drivers and receive comprehensive, detailed instructions on navigating the airport and making contact with your personal driver straight after booking.

Our day tours get rave reviews because my network of local drivers is second to none. I have personally vetted all the drivers I work with. They text me when they pick you up and again when you have been dropped off at the end of the day. I also email your driver’s name, profile photo, vehicle photo and phone number beforehand to ensure your safety and provide confidence. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and make amazing guides for your day tours around Bali.

“We had a great day touring Ubud and East Bali! Booking was seamless and I appreciated having all details sent to us prior to our tour. Our driver Giday was very prompt and accommodating of some minor schedule changes we had the day of, as well as when we opted to make some itinerary changes. He was a great guide and driver, helping us take photos, making suggestions for activities, and was generally a friendly, comforting presence to have. He also drove very well, making the long drives as comfortable as possible. We'd absolutely book another tour and hope to see Giday again!”

“Wonderful and easy to use service . Our driver Gede was great . Reliable , knowledgeable but also allowed us quiet time in car to relax and watch the glorious Bali sites from the comfort of an air conditioned car . We used the day tour to move hotels too which was perfect . Michael made it so easy ( and built our confidence) from the outset . Highly professional - great website with good advice . Sent photo of car and driver in advance and good WhatsApp communication with driver . A great service for Bali tourists and great value - do give a decent tip to your driver . This is truly great value .”

“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍👍👍 Not having travelled since pre COVID, travelling solo and arriving in the evening, I chose to use Bali Holiday Secrets for an airport transfer. I'm so glad I did! Excellent, professional service from Michael and my driver Denong meant I felt safe and it was my easiest arrival ever. Aside from the 5 star service and communication- I also love that my driver was a lady. Yay for the girls in Bali getting a go (and thanks Michael). Stress free and great value.”

“Gede was my driver and did a great job. His English was good and he was very friendly. I did the gitgit waterfall tour and he added the Banyumala waterfall which was fantastic. The hike is very steep and the stairs can be a challenge but worth it.”

“We booked a 10hour tour and decided to see places around Ubud. Our driver Wayan was very helpful with suggestions to find the best itinerary. Initially, we were thinking about renting a car by our own, but we were very happy we did not and had with Wayan an experienced driver.”

“A wonderful experience having landed in Bali for the first time, on my own, late into the night. My driver, Kadek, took great care of me finding me at the airport and dropping me off at my location in Ubud. While driving, he shared some great suggestions, as well as told me about Bali - culture, regions, food, you name it! Everything prior my arrival was great too, informing me, in detail, over my transfer arrangements, and what to expect, alongside some helpful directions for data SIM and ATMs at the airport, which I followed.”

“We found Bali Holiday Secrets website when looking for arrival information for Bali DPS airport and booked an arrival transfer. The service we received was second to none with excellent information and confirmation as soon as we booked. Ready for our arrival we had full contact details for Dendong, along with a picture of her and the car so we knew who to look out for. It made our arrival so easy and we could easily connect with Dendong. Dendong’s service was superb and she took us safely to our accommodation in Ubud, even offering to stop along the way should we need anything! We’d definitely recommend the service to anyone needing professional, safe and courteous transfers and day tours. Than you Dendong!”

“We booked several day trips and transfers through Bali holiday secrets. Their service was excellent. Michael was very easy to communicate with and handled one minor issue that we had promptly and professionally. Special shout out to our driver Gede who was very friendly and was happy to help with all of our requests. He even entertained our 2 year old with children’s videos when she got restless in the car. Would definitely use this service again. 5 stars.”
