“The only thing I didn't like is that it takes just as long or longer to finish the online class compared to actually attending the class in person. I would much rather attend a traffic school, if I know that I will be done in 8 hours total. The only reason to attend an online class is to save time, and this took too long.”

“The course was quick but I was disappointed with the hidden fee of $24.99 the course fee which is advertised to be only $19.99. you see the hidden fee after you have completed the course and this comes up at the time of final payment and there is no way to change that fee.”

“Finding that this was number one in the list of “Car Talk” web site; then the video, and how easily was to start that made me think that you were heading to a 5 stars score. However, due to the lack of animations to keep me engaged after reading page after page of text started changed my thoughts. Finally, at the end it was where you falter. The hook was the 19.99 don’t pay after you are done. Here is we’re all the extra charges came alive :0( 35 dollars for following up, plus 10 dollar for a certificate print out; although, digital was free, 6.99 of a change my mind, etc… So, if you address all this extra charges sat the beginning and be able to select what I want you will have earned a five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ therefore, for mi this was an average experience. Thank you”

“It was nice that I didn't have to finish the school in one day. The only concern that I have is proof of certificate wasn't included in the price and I have to purchase separately.”

“It is a very informative traffic education, but it has a lot of repetitions and quite boring. It took me 4.5 hours to complete, a lot more than what my friend said when she took hers (a couple of hours).”

“This is the first one I’ve ever done. It was ok. Some of the info was repetitive but I liked being able to speed up the audio. I didn’t like how you try to add on extra costs at the end and try to make one fearful that their certificate may not go through unless you pay more. I wound up paying the extra $6.99 for more assurance but that rubbed me the wrong way. I would not use your service again. And it was too long.”

“The course was great no complaints very easy and fast the reason for the 3 star is I didn't like how you have to pay for certificate $9.99 and $24.99 for peace of mind with them filing paperwork total being $55.00 Technically you don't have to pay those 2 things but they make you fell like you do I wish it would of said that from the beginning but just $19.99 was said but it's fine its all done now.”
