“The program is fairly straight forward. The software is better used on an iPad than iPhone. Some areas are repetitive.”

“You should put a "next section" button on the top of the page so someone can listen to the course without scrolling to the bottom. You should make it so someone can listen to each complete section so someone doesn't have to press the next page and play button for each page.”

The physical certificate is an optional package that could be removed as you do get a pdf copy emailed upon completion of the course

“There needs to be more detailed info on merging. Such as( when you see the merge arrows, position your vehicle so that the vehicle that’s already ahead can merge before the lane runs out so that no one has to step on their breaks”

“I liked the flexibility of the course, but I found that it was a bit uninteresting. I did appreciate the updated information on the new laws, but each chapter was just so long and drawn out. And I also really liked the way everything was submitted to the courts and a certificate was sent to me all within a small frame of time of me completing the course. That was a BIG relief off my shoulders.”

“Everything was perfect with Best Online traffic school until it's time to pay. I chose Best online traffic school mainly cause the cost $14.99 is a very low price also it's easy and convenient. The problem I had was upon completing and passing the overall exam there were hidden costs for better assistance with filing the certificate of completion with the courts and DMV. Also I has problems paying with my credit card and once I realized it and use my debit card my payment went through. But after I paid I didn't get a certificate of completion for the actual day I completed Best online traffic school final exam instead I was given a certificate of completion for the day that I paid however since the day that I completed the final exam was the last day. It was really all for nothing..”

Hi Marvin, You told us the issue was with your card but now you're stating there are "hidden fees". This is simply untrue as we disclose the fees on pricing page and video. As we have stated over email, we cannot change your course completion date. A lot of people take the course and do not pay, so we have to keep the course completion date as the payment date. That's when the certificate is issued.

We are required to put in all DMV traffic safety information. There's no easy way to make the information "fun" or "fast" sadly. We did our best but it's still required of you to read everything the DMV expects you to know so that hopefully you won't get another ticket

“Instructions were formative, nice arrangement of questions and very explanatory. Only 1 thing I don’t like surprises when I went to pay I felt a little troubled by the extra offers. Made me feel as if I did not get the extras my certificate was not going to get there on time or get lost. I was really not sure you would get it at the courts on time. Uneasy and now I have to call the courts and check what I thought this company was going to do.🙃🙁”

The peace of mind package is to do all follow-up for you because otherwise, it is on you the student to contact the court to make sure THEY do what they're supposed to. All we can do otherwise is submit your certificate and then the court processes it.

“I enjoyed re-learning all this stuff. But it could’ve been even a better experience. I noticed the person reading is not reading with the right inflection so many sentences don’t make sense. He puts the emphasis is in the wrong word.Also, the data is not up to date. It would’ve been Interesting to see how 2020 changed things with regards to driving habits,, accidents and deaths. Maybe more illustrations.”

“Course was good and straight forward. However, I felt deceived and conned by the options for extra services at the end. There was the impression that there was a significant need for the add-on to make sure everything would be accepted. Since everything was accepted in a couple of days, the extra funds I paid were clearly not needed. I felt deceived and ripped off! Be up front on charges!”

The extra packages are just that, they are easy to remove if not wanted. Also there's no way to know if things will go perfectly when dealing with the court so having that Peace of Mind package is like having insurance

“Found the course to be repetitive in the topics not related to actual driving rules, more specifically those areas related to health. Others lacked clarity. I had to reread the section related to hitting a deer. It read that you saw the deer in the road. Did not include avoiding the deer. Suggested hitting the deer from behind not on the side.”
