“Everything was great until you had to pay so much extra, to have insurance that you do your job to make sure I receive it. It sold be free”

“The traffic school online course was very informative; however, there was a lot of unnecessary repetition of key points that made the process much longer than necessary. I did not appreciate the fact that upon completion there were additional fees for receiving a receipt for submission of completion to the court and other fees for certification proof. These extra fees should have been mentioned prior to signing up for the course. It was not an honest approach to the overall cost of the course.”

Hi Cynthia, We don't ask you to pay until you've passed the final exam. So I'm not sure what retake fee you are referring to as we don't have one.

“I think you should clearly state exactly how much your course will cost (fifty-whatever dollars) and stop advertising, pushing the bait price of $14.95. The add-on of [hidden?] fees after you have invested your time going through the entirety of the course is dishonest at worse and shady at best. So many companies do this it wasn't unexpected but that kind of practice makes your company unremarkable and unworthy of the praise and recommendations it would have received had it been forthright and honest.”

“I liked the Traffic School part but I think the follow up service is not worth it. I paid $19 for you to tell me to call them myself. That's not much of a service.”

Hi Judith Thanks for your review and I'm sorry about your negative experience. The $19 upgrade includes free resubmissions, proof of submission, and proof of the court processing your case. Your court does not provide further options to update you so we can only inform you when the case has been processed by the clerk, however, we don't know if it's been successfully applied. That's why we ask you to call. This is clearly described on the payment page as well. If your case happens to need a resubmission, that's included and we resend you the proof again.

“Easy test, very inexpensive until they try and scam you into buying their extra packages. It’s pathetic that you should need to pay an extra $25 to guarantee that they send the court your completed test. Isn’t that what I’m paying for? None the less, the test was so easy I didn’t even need to read anything to pass the test. Lol”

Hi Christopher, We don't scam anyone into buying anything extra. They are optional and provide additional value in addition to everything we provide in our base fee. Our $24.99 option offers free resubmissions, and we follow up your case for you, which you would have to do yourself.

“Easy course to navigate but learning the material is 90% based on the written word as they have rather limited charts and graphics aside from a lot of very simple cartoons. I have seen better in other courses.”

“I thought the ticket was removed off my record I didn't know that it was just for my insurance I guess there's a fine I have to pay that I didn't know nothing about otherwise the traffic school is great you should just be a little more specific on what exactly the traffic school does it just keeps points off your record so your insurance doesn't go up”

It is on the student to make sure they have paid off the ticket and the extra fee to the court to do traffic school before doing so. We cannot check that.

Hi Eric, Thanks for your feedback. We'd like to note that we have no control over how long the court takes to process the submission. It can take weeks or months in some cases. Your case was closed within 6 business days of completing the course. That's pretty standard.

“I will start with the two things that I was surprised by. Going in, I recall a mention from the traffic school, of taking two hours to complete the course, it took me substantially longer to complete, I'd say on the order of 10 or 12 hours. Perhaps I am too studious, (I missed two questions in the quizzes and one on the final) but the amount of time it would take to complete was a disconnect. Secondly, I was taken by surprise by the price of having the notification made to the court. After paying the additional $50 it was managed well. On the positive side the software worked well, and predictably, from my point of view. I would recommend the program with the two caveats, price and time as significant variables.”

Our average time to do the course is 2-3 hours, which mean some can take longer depending on them. Also we offer extra packages, which are totally optional and able to be removed.

“You should put a "next section" button on the top of the page so someone can listen to the course without scrolling to the bottom. You should make it so someone can listen to each complete section so someone doesn't have to press the next page and play button for each page.”

The physical certificate is an optional package that could be removed as you do get a pdf copy emailed upon completion of the course
