“Course was simple and didn’t take to long. So as long as this is legit I highly reccomend. Unfortunately legitimacy has yet to be established. Still have to get that confirmation from the courts so fingers crossed. As for the certificate, it doesn’t look promising.”

“The information in the class, the quizzes and the test are clear, concise and on point. The questions on the test are fair, and the answers can be found in the materials. Rodney and his team see that your results make their way to the court and DMV, and follow up with you quickly. The information you receive from the school is easy to understand, with one exception. It was not clear to me whether I should pay my fine to the court before taking the class. In my opinion that should have been made clear to me in no uncertain terms before I started the class. Reviews I had read before taking the class all suggested that Rodney and his team were happy to help with any questions, so my expectations of customer service when making the call were very high. Having taken the class, and having passed the test successfully I was more than happy to pay my fee to the school and leave a glowing review. Unfortunately my experience on the phone destroyed any good feelings I had with the school. The woman I talked to on the phone was rude, condescending, and unsympathetic. She made it clear to me she had no time for my question and was quick to point out a mistake that I had made, and made it clear that she had no interest or responsibility to help me resolve the issue. When I made it clear I was calling for help, she was quick to indicate she had no responsibility or intention to do so, and when I made it clear that I could no longer recommend her service to anyone else, she told me she didn't care and hung up. The appalling customer service I received on the phone took me from a very satisfied customer to one who is furious at being so mistreated. A person with such a toxic nature should not be allowed to interact with customers in any capacity. While my problem has been resolved I cannot forgive having to deal with someone so poorly matched for customer service.”

We make it very clear before paying that you have to have off the ticket first because that is how you would know you are eligible. Which was explained to you on the phone. I'm sorry if you didn't like the answer and information given but we have to be very plain about it. Please consider next time that you're speaking to a human, not a bot, and being rude won't help your situation. We are here to help, but being combative about clearly written information we give will never help you with getting help.

“I spent 7 hours taking this online. I wish I would have taken it in person. I read everything and took notes. Most of the questions were dumb. I now realize you don’t have to read anything. Just take the tests. Simply Google the questions. I should get extra credit for actually doing all the work. They told me in the phone it would take about 3 hours - not true. They also try to get you to pay mare at the end - you don’t need to do that. Ugh! If you just skip through to the tests and just Google the questions, then this school is fine.”

We do NOT recommend googling anything, everything needed is in the course and very easy to get through.

“Repeat same things to much. I answered all the last questions and went to finish my information and went back to all my answers a lost them. Had to do all over. It said unlimited times to pass yet at the end it’s only two. Before u pay again. Should tell people how long the test is. I’m sure your one of the best but it’s not the way you present it. Please re-think what I’m saying. I was to insure how to get back to where I left off so I stayed the whole time. Over 9 hrs. I’m sure I took longer then most.”

Hi Amelia, The content is designed to help you retain knowledge. You do not pay until you pass the exam, so you do have unlimited tries at the course. It is not possible to pay us more than once. It's unfortunate that you had a negative experience as this is not common for most people.

“I completed the Traffic School in three hours and passed with 88%. I found the material clear, and helpful and the interface worked well. I did not like all of the sales pitches at the end, when I was tired, for paying you more to make sure the DMV gets the documentation of my passing and also sending me verification of the documentation being sent. This was VERY unpleasant and made me feel bad about the whole experience.”

We electronically submit to the court and dmv for the course price of $14.99. The extra peace of mind is us doing the follow-up for you, which is totally optional and easy to remove.

“The course itself was excellent but all the unnecessary add-ons to the price at the end would have cost me an extra $40-50 if you're not careful. Very tricky which was a complete put-off.”

“It was a cool easy program but at the end of it you will find out it’s a cash grab that offers multiple ways for you to come out of pocket more. You have to pay to find out if its even submitted etc.”

“The traffic school class was good and the subject matter in each topic is relevant to the class. Being a senior I have to spend ample time to review the material for my memory is not receptive anymore as I used to be though I can brag the 96% I got on my first attempt. Paying the fee was a little tricky after forgetting to pay it after the exam and logging out is another pain for it will not let you unless you accept the so called Peace of Mind Service Package ($25.00 more just like a Funeral Package). Not out front with the cost.”

“I sat down at my laptop and worked through the course. I took zero breaks and kept going. I am 75 years old but I don't think I am the dumbest person to ever take the course. Whoever completed the cours in an hour and a half must have been a genius or skippped a substantial amout of the material. It took me almost six hours. I believe you are misleading potential enrolles by telling them that some people have completed the material in 1.5 hours.”

The course is designed to get through at your own pace, we only say what the average we have heard is, and most who take the course to finish within the time we listed, which isn't 1 1/2hrs.

“The course is great - easy to understand and move around the site. The exams ask sensible questions. Communication by live chat is quick and easy. The only problem is AFTER you complete the course, they make it very difficult to avoid paying for additional services. I found this very annoying.”

“Course is short an easy but I'm giving it 3 stars because they Court didn't receive first submission of certification and had to pay traffic school for resubmission. They also charge for providing you proof of submission which is ridiculous.”

Hi Kenric, We always submit the same day a student pays for the course, though the courts seem to be "losing" certificates due to what seem to be system changes and new people not knowing how to process them. We're sorry you had to deal with that but keep in mind all traffic school are charged to handle your case and doing the leg work for you is a job that should be paid to be done :)
