“I was very happy at the beginning, and I was very happy as I progressed and I was super excited when I passed and thought I had finished the course. However, paying for the class I had to put in my information three times confusing add-ons were difficult to navigate and I had to get online chatting and share screening before I could pay for the course that was very stressful and for that reason I wouldn’t give it five stars but other than that I really really liked it”

“The course was a bit long for me , an a lot of the infro : was not on the test, i was doing a lot of unnessary reading it made it boring. But i did learn a lot about driving that i forgot. The voice reader help a lot , i did'nt have to read the last few modual , you could have added video an * to let the person know what to remember what could be on the test. Overall not to bad.”

“The content of the traffic school was good. The pace of the course was good. The quizzes and final exam were reasonable. The submission of the test results were timely. Unfortunately, the entire course has a computer generated read-through, rather than a real human being. This makes the course monotonous, bland, and lacking in emotional "flavor." The course would be much more dynamic and interesting if it was a real human being doing the read-through.”

“The information was great and the test were good. In the paying process they want you to buy a certificate and also a follow up for notification that the DMV and court has been sent the certificate of completion. You will notice that in the process of sending your payment receipt that it encluded a copy of the cerificate of completion but it will not print out propertly. I requested that it be fixed so it would print out. The reply was I could buy one.”

“You need to provide more illustrations re road types, lines, turnings, safety issures, etc. Otherwise, the long explanations are tedious and boring. Your acronyms are not helpful. Nobody is going to memorize them. Do not include them on your tests.”

“My biggest complaint was the length of the course. I was led to believe it was 2 1/2 hours when it took six hours. Also many items were repeated over and over.”

“As I advance on chapter 10 , I took a break and when I came back to finish I was kicked out of my advasment, soninhadcto starfrom the beginning! It was frustrating!!!”

“Zero issues about the course, however, when you complete it you're asked to voluntarily fill out a survey. I did that and one of the questions refered to any ads within the course of which there were none. But wait, when it comes time to pay THAT'S when you get pushed for the upsell. Just ruined something I would've readily recommended. The course was great, the check out left a bad taste.”

“The course was ok, I have a commercial license and it states I have an extra step to notify the DMV myself. If thats the case this course left me with doubt and nervous feeling. I still have to write and or call or go to the DMV myself to complete this process.”
