The content of the traffic school was good. The pace of the course was good. The quizzes and final exam were reasonable. The submission of the test results were timely. Unfortunately, the entire course has a computer generated read-through, rather than a real human being. This makes the course monotonous, bland, and lacking in emotional "flavor." The course would be much more dynamic and interesting if it was a real human being doing the read-through.
