“I completed the Traffic School in three hours and passed with 88%. I found the material clear, and helpful and the interface worked well. I did not like all of the sales pitches at the end, when I was tired, for paying you more to make sure the DMV gets the documentation of my passing and also sending me verification of the documentation being sent. This was VERY unpleasant and made me feel bad about the whole experience.”

We electronically submit to the court and dmv for the course price of $14.99. The extra peace of mind is us doing the follow-up for you, which is totally optional and easy to remove.

“The course itself was excellent but all the unnecessary add-ons to the price at the end would have cost me an extra $40-50 if you're not careful. Very tricky which was a complete put-off.”

“It was a cool easy program but at the end of it you will find out it’s a cash grab that offers multiple ways for you to come out of pocket more. You have to pay to find out if its even submitted etc.”

“The traffic school class was good and the subject matter in each topic is relevant to the class. Being a senior I have to spend ample time to review the material for my memory is not receptive anymore as I used to be though I can brag the 96% I got on my first attempt. Paying the fee was a little tricky after forgetting to pay it after the exam and logging out is another pain for it will not let you unless you accept the so called Peace of Mind Service Package ($25.00 more just like a Funeral Package). Not out front with the cost.”

“I sat down at my laptop and worked through the course. I took zero breaks and kept going. I am 75 years old but I don't think I am the dumbest person to ever take the course. Whoever completed the cours in an hour and a half must have been a genius or skippped a substantial amout of the material. It took me almost six hours. I believe you are misleading potential enrolles by telling them that some people have completed the material in 1.5 hours.”

The course is designed to get through at your own pace, we only say what the average we have heard is, and most who take the course to finish within the time we listed, which isn't 1 1/2hrs.

“The course is great - easy to understand and move around the site. The exams ask sensible questions. Communication by live chat is quick and easy. The only problem is AFTER you complete the course, they make it very difficult to avoid paying for additional services. I found this very annoying.”

“Course is short an easy but I'm giving it 3 stars because they Court didn't receive first submission of certification and had to pay traffic school for resubmission. They also charge for providing you proof of submission which is ridiculous.”

Hi Kenric, We always submit the same day a student pays for the course, though the courts seem to be "losing" certificates due to what seem to be system changes and new people not knowing how to process them. We're sorry you had to deal with that but keep in mind all traffic school are charged to handle your case and doing the leg work for you is a job that should be paid to be done :)

“The quality shown online was excellent. But at the check out charging more thank what was quoted initially was misrepresenting. The program takers will expect that much pay anyway, without the disguising rep at the end, that appeared dishonest.”

“My rating was based on a sample size of one. I found it difficult in making an informed choice when selecting a traffic school. The state of California offered no help in this regard. The: “costs” of making a bad choice was very unsettling. I would recommend BOLTS. It provided what was required and did an acceptable job overall. My main complaint was an excruciating delay when changing to the next section. Overall it must have added perhaps two hours to my experience. It didn’t occur every time, just most. I found the text to be excessively wordy. Short precise sentences are preferred. It appears the lessons may not have been proof read. Pictures illustrating a point made in the text were helpful and would have preferred more of them. I watched all the videos and actually found them helpful. I have an issue with one of the questions on the final exam that I got wrong. I believed I answered it correctly based on the text, but I cannot be sure. I would have preferred clarification but since I passed it did not affect the outcome.”

“1) Excellent material as everyone should review this material every 10 years. I drive 100+ miles daily for work and I admit I was getting sloppy and deserved a ticket. Maybe this material/experience saved my life. 2) Amazed with the progress in material. 3) I DO NOT LIKE CONFLICTING INSTRUCTIONS/DIRECTIONS/COST ESTIMATES WERE CONFLICTING lead me to believe untoward intentions. I will report you to BBB. 4) Material was repetitive.”

Our course follows the exact standard for a DMV certified course. Basically saying this is almost what you would find in the handbook. And our times are the average amount, some may take longer due to outside forces.
