My rating was based on a sample size of one. I found it difficult in making an informed choice when selecting a traffic school. The state of California offered no help in this regard. The: “costs” of making a bad choice was very unsettling. I would recommend BOLTS. It provided what was required and did an acceptable job overall. My main complaint was an excruciating delay when changing to the next section. Overall it must have added perhaps two hours to my experience. It didn’t occur every time, just most. I found the text to be excessively wordy. Short precise sentences are preferred. It appears the lessons may not have been proof read. Pictures illustrating a point made in the text were helpful and would have preferred more of them. I watched all the videos and actually found them helpful. I have an issue with one of the questions on the final exam that I got wrong. I believed I answered it correctly based on the text, but I cannot be sure. I would have preferred clarification but since I passed it did not affect the outcome.
