I will start with the two things that I was surprised by. Going in, I recall a mention from the traffic school, of taking two hours to complete the course, it took me substantially longer to complete, I'd say on the order of 10 or 12 hours. Perhaps I am too studious, (I missed two questions in the quizzes and one on the final) but the amount of time it would take to complete was a disconnect. Secondly, I was taken by surprise by the price of having the notification made to the court. After paying the additional $50 it was managed well. On the positive side the software worked well, and predictably, from my point of view. I would recommend the program with the two caveats, price and time as significant variables.
