This is the first one I’ve ever done. It was ok. Some of the info was repetitive but I liked being able to speed up the audio. I didn’t like how you try to add on extra costs at the end and try to make one fearful that their certificate may not go through unless you pay more. I wound up paying the extra $6.99 for more assurance but that rubbed me the wrong way. I would not use your service again. And it was too long.
