“The WI, that I am a committee member of, have recently used Big Bear Promotions for an order of 72 bone china mugs. The mugs were in memory of our President who had recently died. We looked at several companies to produce the mugs and requested quotes. On receiving the replies I decided to go with Big Bear Promotions as I liked the tone of the email from Josh Turner. Josh dealt with our request very promptly and suggested several options. He was very helpful with the design and the colours of the mugs. Once ordered the mugs were dispatched to us very quickly from the manufacturers. On arrival, however, there were some breakages which again Josh sorted very quickly without any fuss. Thank you to Big Bear Promotions for your ease of ordering and prompt service. We are now enjoying our cups of tea at WI meetings from our beautiful bone china mugs and remembering our past President.”
