“The service was excellent. Filipe was a good chauffeur, and assisted me all the way up to the check in counters. The app sent the pickup notification too early, though. It said the driver is on the way but no live tracking was shown, and the estimated time did not change for a while so I ended up waiting on the hotel lobby for some time.”

“Miami Airport transportation. The driver texted us when we exited the airplane, introduced himself, and told us which baggage claim he would meet us at. He was there holding up our names. He rolled.our baggage outside then placed us and the luggage into his vehicle, and drove us to the hotel. Very smooth experience.”

“We needed to go to BFI Skyservice, but it wasn't a drop-down selection so I selected BFI, then wrote in the notes that we needed to go to Skyservice. The driver still took them to wrong FBO. Luckily, he did end up getting them to Skyservice, but I was disappointed that the notes were not read. We appreciate your service and for getting them there, but please don't put a notes section if they won't be looked at.”
