“Very early (3:30 AM) on a snowy morning, our driver was early as he thought about the road conditions. The drive to Logan Airport went smoothly. The driver was friendly and safe. Our overall experience was excellent.”

“Excellent service. Helpful reminders sent on ahead of time, driver was appropriately early, and he was helpful and quiet. Quiet is appreciated any time but especially at 4:00 am. He was obviously a professional driver: took a good route, timed the lights to avoid stops when possible, and got us from Tequesta to PBI in just over 20 minutes. I’m looking forward to using Blacklane again.”

“Blacklane's service is extremely good. I generally use the company to get the 100 km or so to the airport, and have also used it to pick up friends arriving in the country. All have been very satisfied with the ontime service, the quality of the drivers, and the ease of communication.”
