“We really like Blacklane. The problem is you've become way too expensive for short trips. Back & forth to the airport is OK, but a quick 10 min trip that costs almost $100, when Uber Back is $35? That's not affordable. I wish you'd go back to both booking and hailing. It worked better that way.”
