“Great first experience! Appreciated the easy communication with driver. Only thing was that driver was not informed that I had requested pick up an hour after my flight landed (because I wanted to dine first). He didn’t mind waiting but it still made me feel a bit rushed. Blacklane should communicate the requested pick up time to driver, not just the flight info.”

“Driver was a gentleman, it was nice drive to home from the airport. But after few days I received an invoice of excess travel of 23 KM, whereas it was 83 KM, this did not go well with me and shall not pay for it for sure. Please check at your end the error , if at all exceeded , it is just 3 KM.”

“Car smelt like an ashtray. My journey was 40min so it was rather unpleasant and started affecting my sinuses. Either ensure all cars are non-smoking or give me the choice between a smoking or non-smoking car”
