“unfortunately, despite being quite nice cars, MB efull electric are as uncomfortable as Teslas. Extremely hard seatings at the rear side of the car. They are more like buckets instead of real seatings. Plus electric cars are way too hard to drive. Too much of torque for a smooth driving for this kind of service. I'll come back to 7 series UBER instead”

“We made it clear we have lots of luggage and arranged for 2 SUV but only one vehicle M/Benz pitched up and this was most inconvenient we had to arrange with our hotel (The Leela Palace) for extra transport in New Delhi. Vehicle was not clean!!”

“great service polite driver excellent cars complete information felt safe tracking of car in advande discomfort: too many sms and emails in advance. The agency, where I booked the trip did not inform me, who is Blacklane, that early, so that I hat the impression of getting spam-sms. I do not need information about the driver 2 weeks in advance. And in the meentime the driver chanded. It felt unconfortable to recieve so many messages.”
