“When I want an elevated experience that is reasonable in cost and reliable ... I choose Blacklane. I've used them overseas in Tokyo were I needed a local driver to get me around and in Austin TX when I wanted an elevated experience for the day.”

“Took way too long to get picked up. Your maps aren’t updated. Driver dropped us off at the wrong location. The place had moved and your location finder wasn’t updated. We called Uber and they got us right there. Terribly disappointed”

“The driver was great but the pick up was delayed by 1.5 hours. It was lucky I was not in a hurry. But I never had to wait so long a delay.”

“I had to go to Michigan for a funeral and needed a ride from the airport in Detroit to a hotel an hour away. Rajit and Ennis were my driver (to and from) and they made the trip as easy as possible. They were communicative, on-time, expert and everything I could've hoped for. I will definitely use this service in the future.”
