“I have used Blacklane on all of my recent travels. They are the only Company I consider, simply the best. Boryus and Carlos were our drivers in Barcelona, Spain. When in Spain ask for them by name. 5 star service is all they know.”

“I booked 2 trips for my CEO in London. The booking tool was simple and straight forward. The corrspondence was timely. The app was helpful and let me know where the car was the whole trip. The drivers were on time and efficient. I would suggest making contact phone numbers obvious and available for urgent matters.”

“Two separate rides in Great Britain and the drivers were amazing! We will definitely be returning to Blacklane for future transportation needs. I highly recommend this company. The drivers were polite, professional extremely helpful with our luggage. I offered to help unload but they insisted. I admire their dedication. Please keep up the great work!!!”

“Overall the service was fine but I was annoyed that our driver took a phone call from another drier who insisted that he pick up some people immediately. They argued back and forth for 5 minutes and it was quite upsetting.”
