“The driver in Jakarta came to pick us up & took us to CGK with his clean & beautiful black Toyota Alphard (Google it) driver was helpful, courteous & professional At IAH, Mr Abdel met us with is brand new Chevrolet Suburban which had plenty of space to haul 6 pcs of luggage & us, again, Mr Abdel the driver was helpful, friendly, courteous & professional.”

“I‘ve booked a first class ride and it was changed without my knowledge to a business class ride because of availability I‘ve got a short term message. This would be acceptable but not to pay the same price as for a first class ride…”
