“Recent ride was excellent. All rides have been on time, efficient with excellent communication. My only constructive criticism is that I recently rated a ride 3/5 as my relatives (who were being driven and I was not there) were not completely comfortable with the driver. As I was not present , I do not feel I can comment further. However, I was unimpressed that Blacklane called me at 5:30 am to ask me for further comment on my review. I do not mind the call, but I do mind it when it wakes me up! In future, if calling for follow up , look at the time zone and call accordingly. I will, however, continue using this otherwise excellent service.”

“Love Blacklane service. The tip jar workflow for NYC is less than ideal, not allowing for Apple Pay and also adding an additional fee on top. Either include tip on the app or bake it into the fee I’m already paying.”
