“Very impressed with all the drivers on my trip! They were communicated well, all punctual, and all very helpful. I was traveling with my mom and using BlackLane gave me peace of mind and lessened worrying about trips, luggage, etc so that I could solely focus on her care and comfort. Thank you!”

“My overall experience was very good! I had some issues with the app when I tried to edit my ride's time which caused a bit of confusion and stress, but all was resolved once I chatted and messaged with customer service. My Blacklaner driver was excellent!”
