“I recently had a great first experience using Blacklane as a travel advisor. I reached out several times the day that my client was traveling, as the day was full of flight delays. Every rep that I spoke with was polite and very helpful. Even after 4+ hours of flight delays, the driver was there happily waiting for my clients - which gave them peace of mind after a such long, frazzled day. I will absolutely be using Blacklane for future client needs.”
