“The driver was excellent. The cost of the fare, however, is a bit outrageous. $138 for a 20 minute drive is a little steep. Especially when UBER and LYFT were quoting $44 for the same ride.”

“Very prompt, driver was informative and could accomodate our needs. We arrive an hour early than scheduled time but Mr Faraz Ali could arrive just in time. Car was clean and the driver was skillful. Very reccommended.”

“I used Blacklane for our airport, pickup & drop-off in Madrid, Spain (Dec 2025). The drivers were punctual and very polite. The vehicles used were adequate with plenty of room for my wife & I, plus luggage. To include they were clean. We liked them so much that we are gonna use them for our daughter who will going to Spain in April 2026. Worth the 5-stars given”

“We had an excellent experience with Blacklane. Not only was the driver extremely kind and professional, but he also had water available for us and showed incredible patience while taking us to multiple locations. When we needed to extend the service time, he was more than happy to accommodate without any issues. He was perfectly punctual for our pickup, and the vehicle was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. It was also very well equipped, including umbrellas, which was greatly appreciated given the weather conditions. Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much — highly recommended!”

“Service by Blacklane was excellent. The driver arrived early and assisted us into the luxury SUV. He followed our instructions on where we wanted to tour in the City and contributed info about buildings and residences we passed. After we arrived home in the pouring rain he escorted each of us (4) from the car to our front door with an umbrella. We would certainly call on Blacklane again.”
