“Overall, we couldn’t fault the chauffeurs themselves - both were pretty punctual, drove safely came across as very attentive. However, the car seats available were in no way suitable for a three year old child. Baby seats are obviously too small and booster seats (which is what we got) are not safe and unsuitable for a 3 year old - they are for older children. This is an area which needs immediate improvement as we want our child to be transported safely. I explicitly mentioned the child’s age (both journeys) and age and weight (return journey) in my booking but felt like information had been ignored.”

“The last pick up in Amsterdam (at Hyatt Regency to the Airport) was by a Tesla. But you charge for a Mercedes Limousine! Not acceptable!”

“Experience is good, but price is too high compared with other similar service providers. Suggest to lower price a bit, or provide coupon/voucher as incentive. For example, a 20 Euro voucher every 5 successful trips (over 40 or 50 Euro each trip).”
