“The driver was very friendly BUT the other experience really not. The car was not was Blacklane normally offers…for me it was a private car…dirty…small and not what was shown to us in our booking confirmation. No water (the driver bought water on a petrolstation) and not really comfortable. We had to walk 10 minutes to get to the car…with luggage. Driver was helping us.”

“This couldn’t be easier the drivers are impeccable. Their service they’re driving their vehicles all top-of-the-line. Great at suggesting outings or restaurants. I’m using the service again tomorrow. I love it thank you. I only wish there were a way to tip on the app.”

“The drive was very professional. the only glitch was the "system" where the Blacklane App was not allowing me to directly texting the driver at airport when I land so it was a bit stressful since it was the first ride. Somehow the "text" function in the app was NOT sending my messages to the driver's phone and vice versa. I had to call customer service on Blacklane to "communicate" via 3rd party and wasted time.”
