“The service I recieved was prompt, courteous and timely. My driver kept me informed via text of his whereabouts and I was totally confident about my pick-up timing. The cleanliness of the vehicle was excellent.”

“Would have been five star. He met me inside the terminal after international customs as requested. It was near midnight obviously dark outside. I walk with a walking stick so not a fast walker. He took my case and carry on. Great. But once outside it was pouring with rain....stair rods. He had parked outside the domestic arrivals??????? Given I did not know it was raining buckets and where he had parked I followed him. BUT he then walked the length of the terminal in the pouring rain, me some distance behind instead of walking the length of the terminal INSIDE the terminal”

“Can’t fault anything, prompt, communication excellent, friendly polite driver, knowledge of route allowed for shortcuts to avoid traffic, I use this this service for my customers but first time experience for myself, nothing but a positive experience.”

“We used this service to get our daughter to the airport and the driver was FaceTiming and browsing TikTok in heavy traffic. It made her feel very unsafe. I’m disappointed because we thought this would be a safe option to get her where we needed her to be.”
