“I am a new user of Blacklane. I have utilized Blacklane for two clients so far and both clients have provided feedback that the service was fantastic. Although a bit expensive (more than Uber) the vehicles are clean and comfortable. The drivers have been great!”

“Our flight arrived early but our driver responded quickly. He was very professional and managed the transfer of our bags to the car. He gave ussome interesting information about Lisbon on our way to the hotel. Highly recommended.”

“Black Lane kept me informed at all times. When I arrived at the airport I was contacted by Mohammed who advised me that he had arrived and explained how to exit the airport and locate him. He explained where the car was parked and the whole situation. Made my whole experience excellent. Keep it up”

“Excellent service. Our driver was on time, professional, and honored my request to text upon landing. My only "quibble" is that he frequently drove below the posted speed limit when traffic was moving at or beyond the posted speed limit.”
