“Our plane was delayed for over 4 hrs due to weather. Blacklane accommodated our reschedule request and found us a chauffeur at 3 a.m. Mr. Yousif A. waited for us at the baggage claim with my name, greeted my family most kindly, hauled our heavy luggage off the carousel, and walked us to his handsomely appointed late model luxury Mercedes sedan. Water, soft drinks, snacks, and other thoughtful amenities awaited us. He drove us safely to our destination and attended to our needs most professionally. Having Blacklane and Mr. Yousif care for us after an arduous 18-hr travel was the highlight of our day.”
