“All positive as before , but I noticed that the invoice has words that gives us the option of the driver coming to the Baggage claim carousel that will process our luggage. He did not give us that option. He told us to go to the curb and give him a call. So we dragged 4 suitcases 2 hand luggage and 2 back packs to the curb. It was a shorter trip than to the garage for sure, but strange that the driver did not give us that option even though we mentioned we had a lot of luggage”

“Great service on phone and drive was outstanding. My onlu complaint is the app. Don't make the mistake of changing pick-up time due to flight delays, they do it by monitoring your flights. If you do, you are charged more...with no warning. If you change any little thing, your price goes up without warning. App needs to make this perfectly clear before you press save to any changes or stop this practice unless it drastically changes logistics.”
