“Pick up in London to Toronto was excellent! Chauffer who was suppose to pick us up at Toronto Airport upon our return didn't show up so I had to call your head office in Canada and they luckily found another chauffer who came quickly and was also excellent! I hope you are looking into what happened with the person who was originally hired to pick us up in Toronto - it caused a lot of stress! Nadine and Gary Grundy, London, Ontario”

“Service is always good and for that reason we're regular customers. THis time however, the drive was not so good. THe chauffeur was unable to make the ride smooth. Speed was going up and down and very brisk movements between lanes. The driver also contributed to my conversation with the other passenger. It felt like I had to think what I talked about.”

“Service und Buchung war wie immer top! Der Fahrer war sehr sehr freundlich und natürlich pünktlich! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil in der App eine EQS angezeigt/bestätigt wurde, aber es war dann doch eine V-Klasse. Eine Kleinigkeit…”

“Felt exactly like booking an Uber, but double the price. Still had to find the driver in the pick up garage and wait for him to pull up to us. Wasn't waiting in the line, no sign. Car seat in the back. I don't get the point of Blacklane. I'll just use Uber Black from now on and save some money.”
